Innovation and design at METSTRADE 2025

From 18 to 20 November, MarineCork by SACE Components will take center stage at METSTRADE in Amsterdam, the leading international event for the leisure marine industry and advanced materials.

Following the success of the Genoa Boat Show, MarineCork arrives in the Netherlands with a clear vision: to transform cork into a technology that combines design, performance, and environmental responsibility within contemporary yacht building.

In this prestigious setting, MarineCork will present two solutions that reflect its ongoing research and development: natural cork decking, the alternative to teak that blends lightness, durability, and aesthetic value, chosen by leading shipyards for a new way of experiencing life at sea; and CorkMood, the new interior cork panels that bring the same material language to onboard spaces, offering original textures, acoustic comfort, and creative freedom.

CorkMood has also been selected as a finalist for the DAME Design Awards 2025, the prestigious METSTRADE recognition celebrating the most innovative and sustainable achievements in international marine design. (Discover)
